01
Definitions & Platform Role
SEVAZO means the SEVAZO business,
its website, mobile application, Seller Dashboard
and related services.
Seller/Vendor means an approved
business or person listing and supplying products
through SEVAZO.
Customer/Buyer means a person
placing an order through the Platform.
SEVAZO operates as a technology-enabled
marketplace e-commerce platform
that facilitates transactions between participating
Sellers and Customers.
The Seller ordinarily remains responsible for the
underlying product supply, ownership, lawful sale,
product information, applicable product taxes and
applicable customer tax invoice.
SEVAZO does not acquire ownership of Seller inventory
merely because a product is listed, an order is
routed, payment is facilitated or delivery is
coordinated.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership,
joint venture or employer-employee relationship
between SEVAZO and the Seller.
Core SEVAZO Business Model

commercial schedule, onboarding offer, Seller
Dashboard or another agreed communication.
If a 0% Founding Partner promotional offer is
granted, its duration and scope will be specified
in the applicable offer. After the promotional

applicable notice.
Underlying Seller goods are not treated as
SEVAZO inventory merely because SEVAZO collects

If SEVAZO separately supplies delivery, advertising,

the relevant service classification and tax
treatment may be separately applied where required.

Where SEVAZO facilitates customer payment collection,
the amount received may be subject to reconciliation,
refunds, chargebacks, taxes, platform fees and other
contractual or statutory adjustments before settlement.
Underlying Goods Invoice
Where the Seller is the supplier of the goods,
the Seller remains responsible for issuing the
applicable customer tax invoice in accordance with
applicable GST and other laws.
SEVAZO may provide invoice-display or technology
facilities, but this alone does not make SEVAZO
the supplier of those goods.
SEVAZO Service Invoice

concern.

logo, product images and listing content for
operating and marketing the Platform.
Seller represents that it has the rights or
permissions necessary to provide such content and
that its authorised use by SEVAZO will not knowingly
infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Seller must promptly notify SEVAZO if any listing
content becomes subject to a valid third-party

breach, fraud, illegal activity, regulatory risk,
safety concerns, repeated service failures or other
lawful grounds.

material legal, consumer, payment, fraud or safety
risk.
Termination does not automatically extinguish
accrued payment, tax, confidentiality, privacy,
indemnity or dispute-resolution obligations.
