Customer Terms
& Conditions

These Customer Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SEVAZO website, mobile application, digital marketplace, ordering services, payment-enabled transactions and related hyperlocal delivery services.

Last Updated: September 2026 Effective: September 2026 Marketplace Model India
Important: SEVAZO operates as a technology-enabled marketplace and hyperlocal fulfilment platform connecting Customers with participating independent Sellers. Sellers generally own and supply the products listed by them, while SEVAZO facilitates digital product discovery, ordering, payment technology, customer support and, where applicable, delivery coordination. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.
01

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise.

“SEVAZO” / “Platform” means the SEVAZO website, mobile application, digital marketplace, software, technology infrastructure, customer support systems and related services operated under the SEVAZO brand.
“Customer” / “You” means a person who accesses, registers with, browses or purchases products or services through the Platform.
“Seller” / “Vendor” means an independent seller or business approved to list and supply products through the SEVAZO marketplace.
“Product” means a good or item listed by a Seller for purchase through the Platform.
“Order” means a Customer's request to purchase one or more Products through the Platform.
“Delivery Partner” means a person, rider, logistics provider or other authorised delivery service engaged or facilitated by SEVAZO for order delivery.
“Order Value” means the applicable value of Products and other amounts displayed in the order summary, subject to applicable taxes, discounts, refunds and charges.
“Applicable Law” means laws, rules, regulations, notifications, orders, guidelines and legally binding requirements applicable to the relevant transaction or service.
02

SEVAZO Business Identity

SEVAZO is operated as a proprietorship business under the trade name SEVAZO, operated by Mr. Sachin Yadav, subject to the registrations and business structure applicable from time to time.

The Platform provides marketplace technology and hyperlocal fulfilment facilitation connecting Customers with participating Sellers.

SEVAZO's business structure, registrations, tax registrations and other statutory particulars may be updated from time to time in accordance with applicable law.

Important: The Seller shown against a Product remains relevant to the underlying supply of that Product. SEVAZO does not become the owner or supplier of a Seller's inventory merely because the Product is listed, ordered, paid for or delivered through the Platform.
03

Eligibility & Customer Account

You may use the Platform only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding arrangement under applicable law.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or using an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and should not knowingly allow another person to misuse your account.

If you believe that your account, password, OTP, payment information or other credentials have been compromised, you should contact SEVAZO promptly.

Security warning: SEVAZO will not ordinarily ask you to disclose your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, password or other secret authentication credentials.
04

Marketplace Role of SEVAZO

SEVAZO operates as a technology-enabled marketplace e-commerce platform connecting Customers with participating Sellers.

SEVAZO may facilitate:

  • Product discovery and search
  • Seller and Product listing
  • Customer account functionality
  • Cart and checkout functionality
  • Digital payment processing through relevant payment service providers
  • Order processing and status tracking
  • Customer support
  • Hyperlocal delivery coordination
  • Reviews, ratings and product discovery tools
  • Promotions and other Platform features

Sellers generally remain responsible for the goods supplied by them, including applicable product quality, authenticity, descriptions, packaging, statutory declarations, licences and other obligations imposed upon them by law.

SEVAZO retains its own responsibilities as an e-commerce entity and Platform operator under applicable law.

05

Seller Information & Disclosure

SEVAZO shall display or make available seller information required under applicable law and relevant Platform functionality.

Depending on the transaction and applicable requirements, seller information may include:

  • Seller or business name
  • Seller contact or support information
  • Seller location or fulfilment location where required
  • Applicable grievance information
  • Product-specific information
  • Other mandatory seller disclosures

Seller information may be displayed on Product pages, checkout screens, order details, invoices or other relevant Platform interfaces.

06

Products, Listings & Availability

Product listings are intended to provide Customers with sufficient information to make an informed purchase decision.

Depending on the Product, listings may include:

  • Product name
  • Brand and model
  • Product description
  • Product images
  • Variant, size or colour
  • Material or specifications
  • Quantity, weight or unit
  • MRP where applicable
  • Selling price
  • Applicable tax information
  • Warranty or guarantee information where applicable
  • Country of origin where applicable
  • Seller information
  • Availability and delivery information

Product images are generally intended to represent the Product. Minor variations in colour, packaging or appearance may occur where they do not materially alter the Product description or characteristics.

A material mismatch between the Product supplied and the Product information displayed may be treated in accordance with the applicable return, refund, replacement and consumer-protection framework.

Product availability may depend on Customer location, Seller location, inventory, serviceability, operating hours and other operational conditions.

07

Search, Ranking & Recommendations

SEVAZO may arrange search results, product listings, recommendations and promotional placements using legitimate operational and commercial parameters.

Relevant factors may include:

  • Search relevance
  • Product availability
  • Customer location
  • Delivery feasibility
  • Seller status
  • Product information quality
  • Customer interaction and preferences
  • Ratings and reviews
  • Promotions
  • Other legitimate Platform parameters

Where content is paid promotional content, SEVAZO will not knowingly represent such content as an independent consumer opinion.

SEVAZO will not intentionally use deceptive interface designs to mislead Customers regarding Products, prices, payments, subscriptions, cancellation or other material transaction information.

08

Pricing, MRP, Taxes & Charges

The amount payable by the Customer will be displayed through the applicable order and checkout flow before order confirmation.

Depending on the transaction, the total payable amount may include:

  • Product price
  • Applicable taxes
  • Delivery or fulfilment charges
  • Applicable platform or service charges, where lawfully applicable and disclosed
  • Optional charges expressly selected by the Customer
  • Other mandatory charges required to be disclosed

MRP

Where a Product is subject to maximum retail price requirements, the applicable MRP and Legal Metrology requirements shall be respected.

Price Changes

Product prices may change before an Order is confirmed. The applicable price presented at the time of order confirmation shall ordinarily apply to that Order, subject to correction of an obvious technical, typographical or system error and applicable law.

No Hidden Charges

SEVAZO shall not intentionally conceal mandatory charges or introduce undisclosed charges during checkout.

09

Invoice & Tax Documentation

Where the Seller is the supplier of the goods, the applicable invoice or tax documentation for the supply of those goods shall be issued by the Seller in accordance with applicable tax law.

SEVAZO may provide technology for displaying, generating, storing or downloading transaction information or invoices through the Platform.

Providing an invoice through the Platform does not, by itself, change the identity of the supplier of the goods.

Customers should review the invoice information, including seller name, product details, applicable taxes and transaction amount, and report material discrepancies through customer support.

Applicable GST, tax collection, reporting or settlement obligations between SEVAZO and Sellers shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and are generally separate from the Customer's displayed purchase price.

10

Orders & Order Acceptance

By submitting an Order through the Platform, you are requesting the purchase of the selected Products under the terms displayed during the applicable order flow.

Submission of an Order does not by itself guarantee fulfilment. An Order may require confirmation based on inventory, Seller acceptance, serviceability, payment status and operational conditions.

The Order status shown on the Platform may indicate whether an Order is pending, confirmed, preparing, dispatched, delivered, cancelled, failed, refunded or otherwise processed.

Customer Verification

SEVAZO may use OTP, account verification, delivery confirmation or other reasonable verification measures for security, fraud prevention, order fulfilment and customer protection.

Order Information

Customers should verify the Product, quantity, variant, address, contact information and payable amount before confirming an Order.

11

Payments

SEVAZO may provide access to payment methods supported by relevant payment service providers.

Depending on availability, payment methods may include:

  • UPI
  • Debit cards
  • Credit cards
  • Internet banking
  • Wallets or supported digital payment methods
  • Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment service providers, banks, card networks, UPI infrastructure or other payment participants.

SEVAZO does not ordinarily store complete card credentials, CVV or UPI PIN where the applicable payment flow is handled by the relevant payment service provider.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery shall be available only where expressly displayed as an available payment option at checkout.

Payment Failure

If a payment fails, is reversed, is not received, remains pending or is identified as unauthorised or fraudulent, the related Order may be delayed, rejected or cancelled subject to applicable law.

12

Payment Disputes, Unauthorised Transactions & Chargebacks

Customers should promptly report any unauthorised, duplicated, incorrectly charged or otherwise disputed transaction to SEVAZO and, where appropriate, the relevant bank or payment service provider.

SEVAZO may investigate disputed transactions and may provide relevant transaction, order or delivery information to a payment service provider, bank or competent authority where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Customers should not intentionally initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for Orders that were validly supplied.

Legitimate consumer rights concerning unauthorised transactions, defective goods, non-delivery or other legally recognised disputes remain unaffected.

13

Delivery, Serviceability & Estimated Delivery Time

SEVAZO may facilitate hyperlocal delivery through its delivery operations or authorised Delivery Partners.

Delivery availability and estimated delivery time may depend on:

  • Customer location
  • Seller location
  • Product availability
  • Seller preparation time
  • Delivery Partner availability
  • Traffic and road conditions
  • Weather
  • Public restrictions
  • Local operating conditions
  • Technical or payment issues
  • Customer availability

SEVAZO may display different service levels, including approximately 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour or 3 hours depending on location, Product and operational conditions.

The estimated delivery time shown for a particular Order should be treated as the applicable order-level estimate.

Unless expressly represented otherwise, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside reasonable operational control.

14

Failed Delivery & Customer Unavailability

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reasonable access instructions where required.

Delivery may fail or be delayed because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer not available
  • Customer refusing to receive the Order
  • Inability to access the delivery location
  • Security restrictions at the location
  • Seller unable to fulfil the Order
  • Product unavailable
  • Delivery Partner unable to complete delivery
  • Weather, traffic or other external conditions
  • Technical, safety or regulatory restrictions

Where an Order fails because of a Customer-controlled circumstance, any applicable cancellation or delivery consequences shall be handled under the applicable Order policy and applicable law.

Where an Order fails for reasons attributable to SEVAZO, the Seller or the delivery process, the applicable refund or replacement shall be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable policy and law.

15

Product Substitution & Partial Orders

Product Substitution

A Seller or Delivery Partner should not substitute a selected Product with a materially different Product without Customer approval, unless the Customer has expressly opted into a substitution feature made available through the Platform.

Where substitution is permitted, the applicable price, Product characteristics and any additional Customer payment or refund implications shall be communicated through the applicable Platform process.

Partial Orders

If one or more Products in an Order cannot be fulfilled, SEVAZO may process the available Products separately and refund or adjust the unavailable Product amount where applicable.

Any delivery charge adjustment resulting from a partial Order shall be handled according to the applicable checkout disclosure and refund policy.

16

Order Cancellation

Customer Cancellation

Where a cancellation option is available, Customers may cancel an Order through the Platform according to the stage of fulfilment.

Cancellation availability may change after the Seller begins preparation, the Product is packed, the Order is handed to a Delivery Partner or delivery has commenced.

Seller or Platform Cancellation

An Order may be cancelled due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Seller rejection
  • Payment failure
  • Serviceability issues
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Product safety concerns
  • Technical issues
  • Regulatory or legal requirements
  • Other legitimate operational circumstances

If payment has already been collected and a refund is due, SEVAZO shall process the applicable refund under the relevant refund policy and payment-system process.

Cancellation charges: Any cancellation charge must be disclosed through the applicable order flow or policy and shall remain subject to applicable law.
17

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Return, refund and replacement eligibility may vary depending on the Product category, nature of the issue, Order status, Seller terms disclosed before purchase, applicable SEVAZO policies and Applicable Law.

Customers should report eligible issues as soon as reasonably possible through the Platform or SEVAZO support channel.

Common Eligible Situations

  • Wrong Product received
  • Missing Product or quantity discrepancy
  • Damaged Product
  • Defective Product
  • Expired Product
  • Material mismatch with listing information
  • Non-delivery after successful payment
  • Other legally recognised grounds

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, SEVAZO shall initiate or process the refund within the timeline stated in the applicable Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the Customer's bank account, card account or other payment method may depend on the relevant payment service provider, bank or payment network.

Refund Destination

Refunds may ordinarily be returned to the original payment method or another legally permissible method disclosed or agreed for the transaction.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain Products may be non-returnable because of hygiene, safety, perishability, customisation, regulatory restrictions or the nature of the Product.

Such restrictions shall not be interpreted to remove any statutory remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

The detailed operational rules for returns, refunds and replacements are available in the applicable SEVAZO Return & Refund Policy.

18

Wrong, Damaged, Missing or Defective Products

Customers should report a wrong, damaged, missing, defective, expired or materially misdescribed Product as soon as reasonably possible.

SEVAZO may reasonably request:

  • Order number
  • Product photographs
  • Packaging photographs
  • Unboxing photographs or video
  • Barcode or SKU information
  • Quantity information
  • Delivery information
  • Other information reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint

Evidence may be used to determine whether the issue relates to Seller packing, Product quality, delivery handling, quantity mismatch, system error or another cause.

Investigation requirements shall not prevent Customers from exercising mandatory statutory consumer rights.

19

Product Quality, Safety & Legal Compliance

Products listed through SEVAZO must comply with applicable Indian laws and Product-category requirements.

Depending on the Product, applicable requirements may include:

  • Consumer Protection requirements
  • Legal Metrology requirements
  • Packaged Commodities requirements
  • Product safety requirements
  • Mandatory labels and declarations
  • Manufacturer, importer or packer information
  • Country of origin information
  • MRP and quantity declarations
  • Warranty or guarantee information
  • Category-specific licences and approvals

Where a category is regulated, the relevant Seller is responsible for holding and maintaining all licences, registrations, approvals and permissions required for that category.

SEVAZO may suspend, restrict or remove a listing where it reasonably identifies a product safety, authenticity, legal or consumer-protection concern.

20

Restricted & Prohibited Products

SEVAZO may restrict or prohibit Products that are unlawful, unsafe, regulated or unsuitable for the Platform.

Restricted categories may require additional eligibility, documentation, age verification, licence, prescription, safety controls or regulatory approvals.

Depending on the Platform's category policy and Applicable Law, restricted or prohibited Products may include:

  • Counterfeit or infringing products
  • Stolen goods
  • Unsafe or recalled products
  • Expired products where sale is prohibited
  • Unlawful medicines or pharmaceutical products
  • Alcohol where the required licensing and legal framework is not satisfied
  • Tobacco or nicotine products where prohibited or unsupported
  • Weapons or restricted weapon-related products
  • Hazardous or unlawful materials
  • Any other product prohibited by Applicable Law or SEVAZO policy

SEVAZO may update restricted-product categories as laws, regulations, Platform capabilities and business policies change.

21

Offers, Coupons, Discounts & Promotions

SEVAZO may provide coupons, discounts, cashback, referral benefits, promotional pricing and other promotional programmes.

Each promotion may have specific eligibility, validity, Product, Seller, location, payment method, minimum order value or usage conditions.

Promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.

Unless expressly permitted, promotional benefits cannot be combined with another promotion.

Promotional Errors

Where a promotional benefit is clearly displayed because of an obvious technical, typographical or system error, SEVAZO may correct the error and take reasonable corrective action, subject to Applicable Law and any rights already accrued to the Customer.

Fair Digital Practices

SEVAZO aims to avoid deceptive digital practices, including false urgency, basket sneaking, confirm shaming, forced action, subscription traps, bait and switch, drip pricing, disguised advertising, misleading wording and other prohibited dark-pattern practices.

22

Membership, Subscription, Wallet & Store Credits

Where SEVAZO offers a membership, subscription, wallet, store credit or similar feature, feature-specific terms may apply in addition to these Customer Terms.

Where a subscription involves recurring payments, the applicable price, frequency, renewal mechanism, cancellation method and material conditions shall be disclosed before activation.

SEVAZO shall not intentionally conceal recurring charges or create unnecessary barriers to cancellation.

Wallet or store-credit balances shall be governed by the terms displayed for the relevant feature and applicable law.

23

Reviews, Ratings & Customer Content

Customers may be permitted to submit ratings, reviews, photographs, comments or other content relating to their genuine experience.

Reviews must be genuine, relevant and based on the Customer's actual experience.

Customers must not submit:

  • Fake or fabricated reviews
  • Reviews generated through fraudulent activity
  • Undisclosed incentivised reviews
  • Threats or abusive content
  • Personal information belonging to another person without lawful authority
  • Knowingly false or misleading allegations
  • Spam or unrelated promotional material
  • Illegal or infringing material

Verified Purchase

Where SEVAZO provides a verified-purchase indicator, that indicator may identify reviews associated with an Order recorded by the Platform.

SEVAZO may moderate or remove content that violates applicable law or Platform rules, while seeking to preserve legitimate consumer feedback.

24

Delivery Partners & Delivery Information

SEVAZO may use its own delivery operations or authorised third-party Delivery Partners.

A Delivery Partner may receive only the information reasonably necessary to complete an Order, such as:

  • Order identifier
  • Customer name where necessary
  • Delivery address
  • Contact information where necessary
  • Order/package information

Delivery Partners are expected to use such information for authorised operational purposes and in accordance with applicable instructions and requirements.

Customers should not provide Delivery Partners with payment PINs, passwords, OTPs or other sensitive authentication information.

SEVAZO shall maintain reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of personal data and Applicable Law.

Personal Data Breach

Where a personal-data breach occurs, SEVAZO shall take such investigation, containment, notification, corrective and remedial actions as may be required under Applicable Law.

26

Children & Minors

SEVAZO does not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children in circumstances where such processing is prohibited by Applicable Law.

  • Cancellation notifications
  • Refund information
  • Security alerts
  • Customer support communications

Marketing and promotional communications shall be handled in accordance with Applicable Law and applicable communication preferences.

Withdrawal from promotional communications will not necessarily stop essential service-related communications required for active Orders, account security or legal notices.

28

Except as permitted by law, Customers must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Platform materials without appropriate authorisation.

Seller and manufacturer trademarks, Product names, Product images and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.

30

Third-Party Services

SEVAZO may integrate or rely upon third-party services, including payment gateways, banks, UPI infrastructure, mapping services, communication providers, analytics services, cloud infrastructure and other technology providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies and privacy practices.

SEVAZO will remain responsible for its own obligations under Applicable Law while third-party service providers may remain responsible for services under their respective contractual and legal frameworks.

31

Platform Availability & Technical Issues

SEVAZO aims to provide reliable and secure services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted Platform availability at all times.

Temporary interruption may occur because of:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Software or hardware failure
  • Network outage
  • Payment gateway interruption
  • Third-party service interruption
  • Cybersecurity events
  • Government restrictions
  • Infrastructure failure
  • Other events beyond reasonable operational control

SEVAZO may temporarily restrict or suspend Platform functionality where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, consumer protection or legal compliance.

32

Liability & Consumer Protection

SEVAZO shall remain responsible for its own obligations under Applicable Law and these Terms.

Because SEVAZO operates a marketplace model, certain Product-related obligations remain with the relevant Seller, including obligations that Applicable Law places upon the supplier or manufacturer.

SEVAZO does not use these Terms to exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent a Customer from exercising a statutory consumer right or remedy.

Consumer rights preserved: Any mandatory statutory right or remedy available to the Customer remains unaffected by these Terms.
33

Force Majeure

SEVAZO may be affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, major network outages, strikes, civil disturbances, war, infrastructure failures and other comparable events.

Where such circumstances materially affect an Order, SEVAZO may delay, modify or cancel fulfilment as reasonably necessary, subject to Applicable Law and Customer refund rights.

34

Account Suspension & Termination

Customers may stop using the Platform at any time, subject to pending Orders, refunds, payments, disputes or other outstanding matters.

  • Unauthorised system access
  • Material violation of these Terms

Any contractual dispute not governed by a mandatory consumer remedy may be dealt with by a legally competent court or other legally permissible forum.

38

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

This clause is subject to all mandatory consumer protection, privacy, payment, taxation and other statutory rights and remedies applicable to the Customer.

Mandatory statutory requirements shall prevail over conflicting contractual language.

40

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue to operate to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable, where legally permissible.

41

Business Restructuring & Assignment

SEVAZO may, subject to Applicable Law, restructure, reorganise, transfer or assign its business, technology, Platform operations or relevant contractual rights and obligations as part of a lawful business restructuring, merger, acquisition, conversion of business structure or transfer of undertaking.

Such restructuring shall not by itself remove mandatory consumer rights or accrued statutory remedies.
